This program will help you trace your food history and understand where some of those eating habits came from. You’ll have an opportunity to learn to rewrite your food story and habits, too.

After signing up, you’ll receive emails that will guide you through the program. Each email will include a mini lesson that’s relevant to the activity for the week.

Remember, this is all an exploration and that you are the expert of yourself! There are no right or wrong answers to how you respond to the journal activities.

What to expect:

‣‣ You’ll receive 4 emails during your Eatsploration journey.

‣‣ A welcome message will be sent to your inbox right after you sign up. It’ll have a journal prompt that will kickstart your Eatsploration. Details about the following emails will be in the welcome note.

‣‣ Each week’s email contains a mini lesson with a corresponding journal activity. There’s no need to submit anything. But if you feel inclined to share or have questions along the way, you can always hit “reply” to the emails!

What this is:

✓ An exploration of your food story and habits and how you can start to rewrite them.

✓ An exercise to challenge our food rules rooted in half truths and diet culture.

✓ An experiment to have a deeper connection with yourself and your food.

✓ A sampler of what you can expect from the workshops and individual coaching at Communal Table Wellness.

What this is NOT:

x A weight loss challenge or a diet.

x A miracle or one-and-done fix to heal food traumas.

x A program that can replace 1:1 coaching with a dietitian, health coach, therapist, or other health professionals.

Going inward can awaken emotional discomfort sometimes. Remember this is a nonjudgemental exploration — please be gentle with yourself!

But I encourage you to stay with the discomfort and be curious about it — it’s likely giving you useful information that can become a catalyst for making changes.
